Kindergarten through fifth grade meets on Tuesdays at 2:00 at the Wood River Public Library. We will read a novel over the course of the summer as well as play games and create crafts all in the summer’s theme of “READ! FOR THE WIN!” Children in the age group are challenged to read 600 minutes over the course of the program, and log them. There will be a prize shop at the end of the summer where they can be rewarded. Those who reach the 600 minute goal will receive an invite to the Finale Pool Party at the Wood River Aquatic Center.

This summer Miss Laurel will be running K-5 events. Laurel comes to us with more than 20 years experience as a school librarian. To contact call the library at 618-254-4832 or email at laurel@woodriverlibrary.org
