New programs starting in 2019!!!
One group is for girls 3rd- 5th Grade and will meet on Saturdays at 10am-11am Starting March 16th. This is a 10-week class where girls will learn about Computer Science and Coding in General!

Wee Jam is a weekly program held at the library for kids 5 and younger that is fun filled 30 minutes. Kids are invited to play with bubbles and dance to Koo Koo Kangaroo each week on Fridays at 9:30. No registration required. For more information. please call the library at 254-4832.
Tales to Tails
Each month Patience the Comfort Dog will be in the library for kids to read to her. Patience is an LCC K-9 Comfort Dog for Lutheran Church Charities. She loves to interact with kids and listen to them read her stories. Patience will be in the library on the second Tuesday of each month after school from 3:00- 4:00. Early Dismissal Days
When Lewis & Clark Elementary and Junior High schools get out early, send your kiddos to the library for some fun! Each month we have planned something different from 11:30-1:00 providing some extra fun for those early dismissal days. Kids are encouraged to bring their lunch or a snack to enjoy before we get started. Date varies so check our calendar often! For more information on this event, call the library at 254-4832.
A.T.L.A.S. (After School At The Library)
A.T.L.A.S. (At The Library After School) Book Club was created in hopes of getting children ages 8-12 into reading, critical thinking, and discussing a book with a group. A book will be chosen each month to be read and discussed the following month. The books will be ordered through the library
Family Lego Build Day
Meets the last Saturday of each month September through May, from 10:30-1:30. Bring the entire family and create something awesome at the library! This event is geared for those of all ages. You will have complete creative freedom when you join us for Family Build Day. This is an event for all ages and is free to anyone. We ask that children under the age of 8 are accompanied by an adult.This event is free and registration is not required. Meets the third or fourth Tuesday of each month September through May, from 3:30-4:30. Lego Club for 2nd-8th grades. We provide the legos and the kids create whatever they like. We then display the lego creations for the rest of the month in a library display case. This event is free and registration is not required. This event combines literacy and movement. We will read stories each week followed by some tumbling. There is no registration, fee, or residency requirements. Meets every Tuesday of each month September through May, from 9:00-9:30. This is an event held at the Round House and is for kids 5 and younger. Join us September through May, the first Thursday of each month from 6:00-7:00, as we embark on a science discovery adventure. Each month we will be learning something new about the world of science. This monthly program is geared toward all children grades 2nd through 8th. This event is free and registration is not required. Storytime is themed story hour, full crafts, and activities and stories for 4-6yr olds. This program meets September through May, the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM. This is a general age guideline as activities are geared toward kids this age. This event is free and registration is not required. Toddler Tales is a themed storytime for kids 18mo-3yr which incorporates stories, crafts, and activities. This program meets September through May, the third Wednesday of each month from 10:30-11:00.
